⚾ In-season maintenance
Short, sharp work that keeps you fresh without adding fatigue.
Beginner
- Drop-and-Dash: Swing-Finish to Sprint Home-to-First Burst
An at-home, phone-timed baserunning drill that trains the wasted moment most runners lose: the transition from swing finish to the first explosive steps out of the box. Using only a bat (or broomstick), a phone stopwatch, and a driveway or yard, players rehearse dropping the barrel and clearing the box in a straight, low-driving line so their home-to-first time drops.

Intermediate
- Phone-Timed Two-Marker Home-to-Second Double (At-Home)
An at-home, minimal-equipment double simulator: chalk or two shoes for home and the first-base turn, a phone stopwatch, and full-effort reps that build a faster, more repeatable home-to-second time.

Advanced
- Hot-Corner Reaction Hands: Knock Down the Hard-Hit Ball at Third
A close-range reaction drill that trains third basemen to read short hops, fire quick hands, and keep screaming hard-hit balls in front of them — turning the hot corner into your corner.
