- Catcher Read-and-Fire: Random-Base Pop-Time Reaction Drill
A pop-clock reaction drill where the catcher gets a last-second, randomized cue (which base — or whether to throw at all) at the pitch, forcing a clean, fast pop time under real decision pressure instead of a rehearsed throw to a known base.
