Partner Gap-Chase: Two-Runner 60-Yard Race Station
A competitive partner station where two runners alternate as timer, starter, and sprinter over a marked 60-yard lane. A staggered 'gap-chase' start pulls out honest top-end speed, and every rep is hand-timed so the crew can watch the 60-yard dash number drop across the session.
⏱ ~25 min📋 3–4 fully-recovered max 60-yard sprints per athlete; rotate timer/starter/sprinter roles between reps, with ~2–3 min recovery between an athlete's max efforts.
What you'll need
- Field cones or markers
- Stopwatch (or phone stopwatch)
- Measuring tape or wheel to mark 60 yards
