Game-Speed Carryover: Attack the Live Fastball at Full Bat Speed
Most hitters swing hard on the tee and then get tentative against a live arm. This drill closes that gap: hitters attack a hittable, game-speed fastball with a bat-speed sensor on, so their peak barrel speed shows up in the box, not just in the cage.
