A front-toss decision drill that trains high school hitters to recognize ball vs. strike out of the hand, drive the pitches they can punish, take everything else, and fully commit to every swing they start.
⏱ ~15 min📋 Rounds of 8-12 pitches, 3-4 rounds per hitter.
