Cue-Start Reaction 60: Train the 60-Yard Dash Under Decision Pressure
A 60-yard dash trained under decision pressure: the runner holds a lead posture and only explodes when a random visual or verbal cue fires, so reaction time and read speed get baked into the 60 time instead of a pre-rehearsed self-start.
⏱ ~25 min📋 5-6 timed 60s per session, full walk-back recovery (2-3 min) between reps; 1-2 uncued primer sprints first.
