Commit-Line Ladder: Earlier-Checkpoint Pitch Recognition Drill

Hitters call ball or strike before the pitch crosses a physical commit gate, then earn the right to move that gate closer to release. Each checkpoint forces the recognition decision earlier in ball flight, building the trained ball/strike accuracy (pitch_recognition_pct) that turns takes and swings into good decisions.
