A minimal-equipment backyard drill that grooves the behind-the-ball momentum step and long-arm finish so outfielders convert stride into radar-measured throwing velocity firing into a net.

What you'll need
- Rebounder net, pitch-back, or tarp-padded fence/backstop
- Baseballs (2-4)
