Anchored-Cord Resisted Turn & Release Contrast Swings
A resisted-swing contrast drill that pairs band-loaded rotational swings with immediate free max-intent swings to unlock a measurable bat-speed jump. Uses a fence-anchored cord to overload the turn, then removes it so the barrel fires faster than baseline.
⏱ ~20 min📋 4–5 contrast rounds: 3 resisted swings, then 3 free recorded swings per round; 60–90s full rest between rounds
What you'll need
- Resistance band
- Batting tee
